I have never written an on line review, perhaps because I was not compelled by strong enough circumstances. But in a recent situation with Jaime and ABC Valet, I wanted to share my story with other event professionals about how Jaime saved the day on a rainy night in LA. As Angelenos we all know that we are not great at dealing with rainy days. I had an event scheduled for Wednesday, October 12th in Bel Air. It was to be a small, intimate dinner for 40 - but it was all suppose to be set up outside in a gorgeous yard with beautiful city views. However, Mother Nature had other plans and rain was predicted, (and boy did it rain!) My client called me up about 24 hours before the event and decided to cancel, due to the impending forecast. Needless to say, I was disappointed. Not only did I have to cancel the food that was not yet delivered, but also the rentals and the valet parking. When I called Jaime with the news, he was so gracious and offered to refund my payment, before I even had a chance to ask him. He was so gracious and generous and made an awkward situation, easy and hassle free. I will ONLY use ABC VALET for all of my events from now on! I am still trying to negotiate with the rental company, who wants to charge us a large cancellation fee. As a busy event planner, I really don't have time to deal with situations like this. If only all companies and people could be as professional, reliable and courteous as Jaime and his staff at ABC Valet, my crazy job might be a little bit easier. Also, their pricing is very fair and my clients always receive excellent service!
