We were happy with our first transaction with Galion Medical Supplies. However, today they refused to sell us DME because the insurance s allowable amount (the only amount we are required to pay) is less than the store s cost. While I am all for companies being able to make a profit, they did enter into a provider agreement with my insurance company and knew to what prices they were agreeing. I would not recommend that you do business with this store without being fully informed of your rights under your insurance plan. \r
