My mother, aged 86, has been a resident of Shorewinds for over a year. Although her prognosis upon entering was grim, the dedicated staff took much trouble and effort in nursing her back to health. All personnel, from Housekeepers to Aides and Nurses, went above and beyond the call of duty to ensure her recovery and continuous improvement. Although her condition overall isn't great, I am fairly certain she'd not be alive today without this diligent and dedicated care. When there has been a concern or a question staff has always responded quickly and in a very positive and professional manner. My hats off to the dedicated people there and to superior care!
