This is bank that I wouldn't tell a sole about. This bank practices is to pretend that they are helping the customer, but they aren't they are putting the customer in more debt. Recently, I was not notified about their fee changes. I had an unauth. payment hit my account; it happens and many banks will just reverse the transaction, however, the new fee policy allow the bank to charge you $28.00 a day if your account is overdrawn, now mind you--I dont use the account that much only to make periodic transactions. I happen to go into the bank to make a transaction and found my account was in the negative. I said WHAT! Yes, based on one transaction. Now here is the funny thing. They were willing to reverse the one fee of $37.00 for overdraft, but was not willing to reverse the daily fees of $28.00 a day. My account was negative $120.00. I ask to close the account they said--not until I bring it to a zero balance. I said Im not paying this...I was never informed. I visited the bank as of todays' date no notification. Now this something that so called took effect Feb 23, 2012. It's not more than 30 days--why wouldnt it still be visible on their site. They always want to hold your checks for every little thing. DO NOT BANK WITH THIS BANK! RIP OFF! I only used this account for business banking. I have a personal account with a credit union. I wanted to separate my banking period...so, I chose this one...cause other banks like Chase is not any better. Chase charge you to redeem money from an account (Check) that was wrote you. If you are not a member of their bank they charge $6 per transaction. Rip off too. Some of these banks need to be put out of business---it is highway robbery! Stay away from Best Bank though!!!! This bank is not even worth rating but you have to publish on this site. So, trust I would not give it a half a star!
