I don't know about the person who ""left in tears"", but I found this vet to be very good.
The receptionists are very nice. They let me sit with them when my dog got too excited with the other dogs around and they answered some general dog questions I had. I wouldn't have been able to fill out my paperwork without them.
I was seen about 20-30 minutes after my appointment time. I waited in the room for about 5 minutes then Dr. T came in. He was very nice and was able to treat my dog quickly. He listened to all concerns related to my dog's health and addressed all my questions.
This place seems like a nice family run business that has been around for a while. I would recommend this vet.
