From the old lady in the front who argued for 20 minutes that there are only 3 types of purple flowers.... to the quality of the products to the rudeness of Gary to not care about his customers, my experience at Gary's was horrific. Spent over $300 and they got the order all wrong due to the horrible customer service from the older lady up front who insisted she was right. Refused to fix anything or even care that we were dissatisfied. Sad thing is... they have no idea how much contact we have with the public from 2 very popular businesses. We WILL spread the word. Word of mouth is super powerful. They will lose business. more
