Called Roto-Rooter and got an immediate time for service call. Service technician Erik Fox # 363 arrived promptly, assessed clogged sink problem, explained what steps were necessary to resolve problem, got approval to proceed. Work was done efficiently with recommendations on how to maintain drains using Roto-Rooter drain cleaner. We were satisfied with performance of work, courtesy of technician, and would recommend to anyone needing immediate plumbing service. We even got a senior citizens discount - always a good thing!
