Very unprofessional guys working in Computer Answers. They can help you only if you deleted a file from the desktop to the recycle bin. These guys cannot fix more complicated issues. I had a failed hard drive in my laptop; they could not do anything for 30 (!) days. In addition, they were unable to recover the data. I sent my laptop to professionals; they fixed all issues and recovered all files in a few days. In my opinion, the vigorous and aggressive advertising of Computer Answers hides the incompetence of this company.
