I was trying to figure out how to change my wifi password. On my first attempt to contact their customer service I waited for over 15 minutes on the phone. Once I got to a rep he told me he had no idea how to do that and I should try googling it. Now I've been holding over 12 minutes while I write this, still trying to get help. I'm guessing that google really is my only option.
