If you want to live in a park where the management watches your every move then this is the park for you...they even have a spy patrol to ding you if you have any weeds growing, even if only a half dozen or so, while their empty lots have weeds growing and litter. You will have no privacy. The park has more rules than the Phoenix phone book has pages...it is no wonder there are so many empty mobile homes at any given time. You may think you own your own place in the park, but Big Sister is always watching and waiting to pounce.
