I've been taking my Sammie to Alissa for a few years now. His previous groomers never listened to what cut I wanted and did whatever they thought would look good. But Alissa always asks how I want him cut, and keeps track of what I've asked for in the past. She is fabulous and Sammie loves her. When it's grooming day he gets excited when I say ""We're going to see your Alissa!""
Additionally, Sammie had a bad injury at one point causing him to have difficulty standing and especially needed TLC when being handled. Alissa has been great with him and I trust her with my dog. I don't trust too many people with my dog.
