They've gone though 3 managers in the 10 months I've been here. The
current manager Ms Navas is clueless. I'm entire baffled at how she got her job.
But whoever is really in charge won't do sh=t about it

Scumbag, creepy neighbors!
(The one time they did spray for roaches it was beyond strong. It had to be illegal how powerful the spray was . Of course no notice was give so that I could have removed by pet from the premises while they sprayed poison everywhere. It burned by eyes. Later maintanence proped the hallway door open WITH PAPER GARBAGE.)
If you have a complaint it will NOT be addressed with the management, Ms Navas.
A neighbor can do A-N-Y-T-H-I-N-G they want here. ANYTHING. And Ms Navas will not address it. As a woman with my husband gone a lot its been a fu--ing nightmare.
Lots and lots and lots of drugs. Drug dealing neighbors and drug using neighbors. At least once a week I find drug bags on the premises. There are people who park out front and quickly leave and you can tell by just looking at them they are drug addicts buying drugs here at Madison Belmont.
Neighbors contantly deface/graffiti the propery and managment rarely cleans it up.
I'd give no star but you have to give at least one.
