My wife and I asked Swift to do a structural inspection of a residential house. First he forgot about the appointment, then he turned up in shorts and tshirt. When he got here he glanced around at a few things and left. He later wrote up a very brief report and charged a fantastic amount -- at least triple of our other inspections.Our inspectors for the plumbing and electrical systems were professional and reasonably priced. I wouldn't go back to Swift.
