I order from this Donatos about 3 times a month. I have never had any issues until today. I called to order pizza and a sub for my picky daughter. She likes a sub with pepperoni and cheese not baked. We have gotten this on many occasions. When I called to order it this evening, I was told by the person taking my order (who said she was a manager) that it was illegal for her to sell me uncooked meat. She refused to make the pepperoni and cheese sub. She stated that it was against federal laws. When I asked how they were able to sell their salads with cold meat on them, she simply replied, ""I don't know; I think it's stupid too."" Really?? Cold pepperoni is illegal?? I guess all restaurants that serve deli sandwiches are breaking the law. And Kroger for that matter.
Other than this ridiculous experience, I've never had any other issues.
