RATING F- Actually this rating deserves 0 stars. DO NOT go to her. I repeat DO NOT go to her. She did a HORRIBLE job with my maltese baby and chopped off all his hair. She asked how short I wanted him when I dropped him off and gave me the options of short short or medium short. I specifically told her medium short and showed her exactly how little I wanted him cut. She said okay and that she would call me when he was ready. When I came to pick him up, I paid before I saw him which was a huge mistake. She said she had to cut him shorter because he had knots but it didn't register to me exactly how short he was going to be. OMG when I saw him, I couldn't even believe he was my dog. Looked like a totally different dog...she paid no attention when I told her how short I wanted him. And she had the nerve to tell me that I wasn't specific when she asked how short I wanted him. Are you SERIOUS lady? You asked me how short and gave me options and I told you what I wanted and she said okay. And she should have called me to asked if she should go shorter because he had knots, and btw..he did not have that many knots. I felt like she did this on purpose. I was so heated. My whole family was upset when I brought him home and my grandmother cried. Even my maltese knew she did a horrible job because he wasn't his normal happy playful self. She should have called me before chopping of all his hair....you can see his skin...that's how short he is. I am truly upset. My heart cringes everytime I look at my baby and see how much she destroyed his haircut. I have to keep telling myself that it will eventually grow back...but please don't go to her. She does not practice good business ethics. And did I mention that she refused to give me my money back?! I should have gotten the hint when first of all, she didn't have a website and secondly, she shares a salon with a plumbing business in the middle of downtown tomball. I just feel so bad and guilty that I let her do this to my baby. And to top it off, she was recommended by a neighbor. Now I'm upset with them too!! I'm taking him back to his original groomer...never shoulda left...lesson learned...don't fix what's not broken.
