Ordered online same day for a sypathy arrangement. I ordered a dish garden with multiple plants including 3 flowering plants. I understand there are substitutions made especially on short notice, but what was sent was a medium basket containing only one flowering plant and not even close to the size described for the dish. And it contained a pink flowering plant and pink ribbon for a man's service. When I called to discuss this I could barely get a word in and was told the substituion was of comparible value.
