I was renting from coventry glen since 2007. In 2010 I moved from a one bedroom to a two bedroom apt. They never charged me for anything when I moved out of the first apartment. Now my lease is up and I've moved out now they want to charge me $300 for smoking in the apartment when they knew that I smoke. They never charged me that when i moved out of the first apartment. I'm the same person that lived in the first apartment I didn't change anything. I didn't start smoking more or anything. So beware of what you do in your apartment you might get charged for it in the long run. I've talked with 5-6 people that live there and they told me the same thing. They want to charge these people for anything. They said that the management sucks too. Nobody cares about the issues they have with other tenants and the problems don't get fixed in a timely manner. I thought that it was a quiet place to live but its not.
