I have been going to Cemone at the JCPenney Salon in Cedar Hill for about a year and she is an EXCELLENT stylist. I appreciate her because she's always professional and is really knowledgeable about hair. I recently had my hair colored it looks awesome! I have had numerous stylists in the past and Cemone is the best. I highly recommend her.
