I have lived in SF, Manhattan, Las Vegas, Scottsdale, etc and been to some the best salons in US. I asked my husband to book a appointment based on a recommendation. When booking the appointment the extremely snotty receptionist insisted it was company policy to put a hold on our card before the appointment. Not even Oscar Blondi in New York, where you pay 400 dollars for a color and cut, has that type of policy. Needless to say, their customer service was lacking.
