I brought my Hyundai Sonata Limited 2012 in because i was having engine trouble. They said they looked at it but, could not find out what the problem was, so they told me to drive it. Not a good idea when you are having engine trouble. Car became worse. i was unable to drive it and had to have it towed to the dealer. Again, they took a look and couldn't figure out what was wrong. Three days later they told me it was a bad spark plug. When I picked my car up it was filthy inside. My leather interior was all scraped up there was yellow paint on my driver side carpet. Then I noticed the frontend of the car was damaged. This was a brand new car only 5,000 miles on it. I showed Susan, she asured me they would take care of it and fix the damage. The damage included a cracked grill broken head lamp and two big scraps on either side of the grill. Susan, said bring the car back on Tuesday. This will be the fourth time i have to go back. They have no reguard for anyone's time. I went back on Tuesday and was told they did not damage the car. IT DIDN'T HAPPEN HERE I WAS TOLD!! Really?? The car was in their care for three days. It was at no other place. I could not believe that they refused to own up and admit they damaged it. Let alone repair after Susan told me they would. Anyone who wants a Hyundai, they are nice cars BUT DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH HYUNDAI DAVIS IN EWING,NJ GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR.
