Poor workmanship. Items he recovered are fraying after just three months and very little use.
Sold me ""Sunbrella"" brand fabric but highly suspect that is not the material used for my job. Why? Sunbrella is water- and mold-resistant: my outdoor cushions are sopping wet for days after a rain and have mildew piping (cleaning instructions followed at the Sunbrella website did not work).
While the phone is answered, Mr. Boone has not returned my phone calls. When I originally notified him of the problem, he told me he would be out within the week to look at the cushions. Ten days later, I'm still waiting...
