They clearly write their own reviews because this company is the worst experience that I have ever had!! They are sales people point blank and sales people that lie to your face! They told me that I need $1385 in repairs on my 3 yr old AC...sound fishy...yeah I thought so also so I called another company! Well Well I had blown a fuse which was $47 plus the service call of $79! Thompson was going to charge me over $1300 for that fuse, once I started to research them on the internet I found out that they do this to everyone. Please do not trust this company, they will take advantage of you.
