My timid, 60-pound Golden mix is insecure and leery of strangers, so this being his first visit I was a bit nervous. The groomers took all the time HE needed to feel comfortable and get accustomed to his surroundings. He immediately developed trust in them, due to their expert handling and caring approach. When the results weren't as expected they took him back and worked on him another hour, until they knew we were completely satisfied. Even though they were busy they didn't rush, they took their time and made sure they got it precise to our liking... while maintaining a positive attitude... and they didn't charge extra for the extra work and time involved. My little guy walked out so proud and looking so good, with head held high and tail wagging, and he's still strutting his stuff! Highly professional staff, reasonable prices, extremely skilled groomers, and a great atmosphere where pets receive lots of pampering and topnotch care. We will definitely return there for his next cut.
