There is no so called Kid zone, all the amenities are not brand new. Baths? Really? I live here as well and you may have a new bath but none of us do. Matter of fact they are old, rusted and has no plug in it. I had reported that and still had to buy one out of pocket!! The windows grow miold on them if they sweat to much and u dont wipe them down everyother day.. Did u mention that? Or did u mention that the place is infested with roaches? The manager and maintanance guy are rude as heck, hardly ever at the office during hours and take forever to do anything. Alot of crime out there as well. If u dont believe me look it up on gulflive or take your chances and live here if u want too. This place is the same as it has been for the last 50 years and will not change. Crappy. This is the truth and I regret every single day that I am renting from here. I wish there was a way to get out the lease but I cant. Oh lets not mention that the management gets to do everything that u cant that they have in the lease u sign. And the Zero Drug Tolorance they claim is a joke. Get real. I can walk out of my apartment as watch the neighbors chiefing it up. So managment stop writing your lying reviews cuz the truth is coming out!
