I took my wife's car in because the battery died . We replaced the battery and where we purchased the new battery said it was dieing because the alternator wasn't charging it. We took it in and when we returned we were told it was just a loose and coroded connection. We were not charged at all. I am surprised to see the negative reviews. We have used them several times and have never had reason to doubt their honesty.
