I was using Jones Family BBQ for my WEDDING. After several months of planning, confirming the date, times and delivery information. Then I get a phone call from them 5 WEEKS BEFORE my wedding to tell me they could not cater my wedding due to their insurance not allowing them to drive that far. SERIOUSLY? They had known where it was going to be for several months. When I tried to explain that I was even quoted the price for delivery all she could say was, ""I dont know ma'am my boss just wanted me to call you"". I had spoken with her BOSS TONY and a lady named Loretta over the past several months. I have kept a log of everyone I have spoken with and what I was told along with pricing information. This is a WEDDING and they call 5 weeks before? Now what are my chances of finding someone to cater my wedding ..during WEDDING season and it is on Cinco De Mayo.
