We have always loved Sonic so when we moved to our new home in St. Charles, we were glad there was a Sonic nearby. Unfortunately, the service here is horrible. Even for just 2 regular drinks, purchased at the drive-thru, we typically wait about 5 minutes even when we're the only customers there. The servers are rude as well, and more often than not, our order has been wrong. After a year of putting up with this, talking politely to the manager once, and contacting corporate twice, we have given up. It's a real shame that one of their franchises is so poorly run.
If the program would allow a person to give no stars, we would!
As for the review by ""Contributor"", this is a history of the chain as a whole and has no bearing on this particular restaurant. Sounds like it was written by a Sonic person, to boot.
