potential home buyer beware...this is not a good place to live. The noise is unbelievable. I could hear the lady upstairs coughing for the entire night. The owner/occupancy rate is low and that makes it hard to attract potential buyers if it's not FHA approved. The condo fees keep increasing and the property values keep decreasing. I have had the worst neighbors imaginable living upstairs. I own my own home and can't even spend an hour at home in the evening without listening to banging and stomping. horrible construction...don't move here if you value peace, quiet and consideration from your neighbors...you won't get any of that here.
