My first repair man retired so I used this person. He's the worst appliance repair I've ever had. My dryer started blowing cold again within his warranty period, yet he charged me for the second visit, claiming it was a different thermostat it needed! (Yet the packaging it came out of is exactly the same as the first part he installed! Hmmm?) Now, 9 weeks later, it's blowing cold air yet again. He's now claiming it's an ""air flow"" problem, but when I spoke to Sears, they have no idea what that even means. I could have bought a new dryer with the ridiculous amount this rude, irrasible man charged for a part that cost less than $20. No more appliance repair for me--he gives the business a bad name. Run, don't walk from this blowhard.
