I have visted this location a few time in the past, however on 2 of the occasions the bread was hard. I requested fresh bread during my order to the manager that was taking my order Roger, however the bread was hard. I return the sandwich and the manager (Roger) was very rude, therefore I requested the return of funds, mainly due to Roger's attitude. I have just relocated on this side of town, so I was not use to this type of service. The Wake Forest Rd. location is much more friendlier and the bread is ALWAYS fresh. Will not be revisting this location in the future. The manager needs ""CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING""
