The Carpet Broker Design Center treated me fairly well. I have limited mobility, and they were able to address concerns in regard to what kind of carpeting I would need to have in my place.
Luis, really and truly, blew me away. There is a transition in my home between the carpet and linoleum, and we were going to put a thin metal strip there, but Luis on his own accord suggested that we put a wide metal strip between the two. He felt that the wider metal strip would stand up to the scooter as it goes over it again and again and again.
I, as a consumer, had no idea that this was available, and the cost was significantly more than the thin one, but Carpet Broker chose to eat the cost of it and installed it for me. Can you think of any other companies that would do that? Yeah, that's why I'm a fan.
From the owner, Karl Kramer, who chose to spend time teaching me about his industry, to Sarah Bennett, who had the patience to take my numerous phone calls and visit with me multiple times, to the installer Luis, who was sensitive to my aging father, they're a top notch company.
