ZERO STARS!! This is a Fraudulent Company! Beware! Typical Bait and Switch company, that will tell you whatever you want to hear! Just so they make the booking! Jared is a liar! If he still works at this company, he must be part owner, otherwise he should be fired for lying! Booked the so called new black party bus, the one you see on their website. It's BS! He raved about how the kids would love it and all that sales pitch! What we got was the worse nightmare of my kids and all their friends life! They will never forget this special prom day, that was marred by a white bus that was filthy, and still dirty inside, it appeared as though this bus was sitting for years, dirty, old, it had one window taped up with black tape! Are you kidding me! The parents and kids looked in amazement, how can this bus even be licensed! The Limo driver actually apologized, saying that he did not know what the real deal was, also when he got to the warehouse to pick it up, he was told to take this one. It was never cleaned, he said he had to clean it up as it appeared the last time it was used was months ago, and all the garbage was still in it! When he go to our location, it still needed cleaning!! Yuk! The kids were beyond dissappointed, we refused to take it, and had the driver call his boss! Jared then began his lies, and was actually sarcastic, by saying, yes I was right this bus had not been used in months! But it had a new sound system! I demanded a replacement, he then said the black one had broken down, and was not in service! Typical answer right. I told he need to send a replacement or regular limo's to pickup the 22 kids! He of course said he had none available, take it or leave it. So now the kids had not ride to their prom.
The parents were pissed, but a couple understood and felt bad and asked that they offer a large discount. Jared offered to deducted $100 dollars!! Wow so that was going to make up for this! What a jerk! I hope he's gone from this company! This is the worst experience, to this day my daughter and her friends will never forget the embarrassment they went through. The following Monday, I mentioned this to a friend who owns a limo company. (We wanted to use him but was booked months in advance) and unfortunately during that weekend could not help. He warned me about how the Limo company's work, and how a lot of these small time company's ruin it for the legit companies. Well he was at another prom driving his limo, that same weekend and saw the ""Starlite logo"" black limo parked in the same hotel his event was at. (a large well known hotel, 2 proms were occurring in different ball rooms). He thought that my daughter's prom was there since I mentioned we rented the Black Starlite limo. He said it wasn't new, that black limo is pretty old.....well when I told him the story, it just proved that they lyed to us, and instead rented the black limo to someone else. Even though we rented ours with almost 3 weeks notice! We got the rundown old whit crap bus! I hope this company goes under! Well Karma can be cruel, hope they get theirs one day!
