When the doctor called in the prescription to Walmart I called ahead to see if it was ready yet. After being on hold for an hour I finally found someone to talk to, she said she couldn't find it at first, but then realized the name was spelled wrong and said the prescription would be ready in 30 mins. Three hours later we went to pick it up and they had no record of the prescription at all, after we insisted we spoke to them and they did have it, half an hour later they finally found the prescription. Unfortunately they didn't have enough medication and gave us 3 days worth and told us to come back Monday and they'd have the rest. Monday evening we came back and they again had no record of us ever having a prescription with them, had none of the medication, and had no record of ever needing to order more of it for us. So now I have to find another pharmacy because we need the medicine right away and since they again can't find the prescription, they won't even order the medication for us. There are lots of other pharmacies in the area, I hope to find a good one and suggest you don't waste your time on this pharmacy they certainly won't take the time to take care of you.
