After getting my Heating Pump fixed last week from this company, I had to write an excellent review about this company, it had to be one of the best company in the area due to the service they provide me. Just last week when suddenly my heat stopped working. I had to call differenent companies to fix a problem with my heat pump, I tried several companies but most of the technicians were unable to identify the problem and went on with a lame excuse such as the entire unit needs to be replaced, which will cost me approxiametely 4,000 dollars.Therefore, I had no choice but to find a company that resolve and fix the heat pump and not worry about replacing the entire unit. Finally, fortunately, I reached this company universal heat and air , a technician named Jan came to my house and really analyzed the problem, when I asked him about the problem he well explained to me entire process. I figured that the guy must have a tremendous technical background experience that he fixed my heat while many companies in the area couldn t. I really liked his honesty for not having to make me get a entire new unit and spend thousands of dollars.
