If I could rate them without any stars, I would. Avoid at all costs - they are devious and contract out their health fitness trainer contracts to a debt collector. They advertise 10 dollars a month contracts but you cannot break the contract even if your life circumstances change ( I am moving out of state as I lost my job but cannot break my contract unless I bring them a copy of my utlities bill - I won't be getting this until a month after my move after which I will have to wait for the 60 day notification period This means they can continue to bleed me for another 3 months, almost 3.5 months after I move)Bottomline - go to Giant fitness and gain physical fitness at the expense of your sanity/mental health. Avoid like the plague and this is my personal opinion - you have been warned!
