i purchased a new car from colonial nissan. had it back to the shop numerous times for same problem. went to jason freedman, manager. he said what do you want me to do about it? i told him i need the problem fixed. he told me he had no time for me and for me to call nissan corporate. i told him i bought from his dealership, he said and???
i called nissan corporate, they told me to go to faulkner nissan who solved the problem the first time i brought to them. jason freedman has the sell and screw them later attitude if they have a problem. i will never go there again. i heard many of the same complaints from customers while i waited in the repair shop. look at their bad reviews . i honestly can testify to the fact that 95% of the people i have spoken too about colonial nissan said they would never return. look at the consumer forums about colonial nissan. RUN, AS FAST AS YOU CAN AWAY FROM COLONIAL NISSAN AND JASON FREEDMAN.
