Babies R Us has a wide variety of products to choose from, and it helped us as first time parents to see each product in person (i.e.; strollers, cribs, etc.) to see exactly how big it was and try it out ourselves without just ordering online. that's the only reason I give them a 2 out of 5. HOWEVER: TERRIBLE customer service and staff at this location. Everyone is very helpful, but does not follow up, does a bad job with tracking what you purchased, and really are not resourceful when it comes to solving problems. Husband & I purchased an awesome stroller from this location, it was clearanced and we were excited. It had a part missing, and BRUS said that they would have it ordered for us and it would be no problem.
That was back in December. Now, in March (2 months from due date!) BRUS is still trying to figure out what happened to our order. IF the associates who checked us out when we purchased our stroller would have taken the appropriate measures, kept track of our order, made sure to note which model we had, it probably would've been resolved easily. Unfortunately, BRUS sent us the WRONG canopy for our carrier, and we are still canopyless. The only real issue is that it's the wrong color and has a plastic piece missing. I wish they would train their employees to understand a system of operation, and work together... and also work harder to fix things that go wrong instead of seeming to not care.
