The founder Mike Nutting does not return phone calls. It is very frustrating and aggravating not to get your phone call returned. You just throw up your hands and say forget it.
Since Mike runs the business he sets tone for the entire company. What I found so amazing is that Bulldawg is in the communications business, yet they as represented by their founder are not very good communicators.
How could they manage a complex event if they cant return a phone call? How could they be depended on to do a good job on a complex marketing campaign if they don't answer emails? The answer is obvious.
There are so many marketing companies out there that WILL do a good job for you. Contact them and see what they have to offer. It is always better to be safe than sorry. I am sorry.
