I am very dissapointed in Performance Trans/Auto these days. Their customer service is subpar at best. Beware of their new ""proactive"" advice philosophy. The good thing is that there are new auto shops opening in the area so we have choices! :) And all of them have great customer service, even the dealerships are upping their games with free wi-fi, drinks, popcorn, and competitive pricing.
