The reviews were kinda harsh about San Sauce but I thought that I would give them a chance anyway. The first time was alright, but it took and hour for our food to show up. The second time we ordered it took an hour and a half and part of our order was wrong. Tonight (03/25/12) was my final attempt. After waiting two and a half hours I called to find out where my order was. I was told that it was out for delivery and should be there in about 15 minutes, but that I could cancel the order and come pick it up myself. I told her that if it was only 15 minutes away then that would be pointless. Thirty minutes later I received a call letting me know it was on the way. When I told the guy that I was already told by someone else thirty minutes before that it was already on it's way, he replied, "" I wonder why she would tell you that"". I asked to speak to a manager but was told that they were out of town, the same thing they told me the last time I asked to speak with one.
