The first interaction I had with Dr. Beck was when I received a bill for treatment that the late Dr. Boyer had given me.
Dr. Beck had taken over Dr. Boyer's practice when Dr. Boyer passed away.
I called Dr. Beck and explained that I had insurance and that I had payed my copay and my insurance had been covering my treatment. I just chalked up that conversation to a mix up.
I went to Dr. Beck twice over a year ago and I was not happy with the treatment I received. So, I didn't go back. Now over a year later I received a bill for those treatments. He did not turn them in to my insurance. I know this because now I am having to do it and it is almost too late. I asked the service Representative (for my insurance company) if he had even submitted a claim and she said that they had not received a claim from him at any time. I called him about this and he was very rude and said that I just needed to PAY!
Don't use Dr.Beck unless you want to do lots of paperwork for your insurance to cover your treatment and Don't use him unless you like it when people are very rude to you and cannot take responsibility for their poor business practices.
