Good service, sales staff needs both manners and sales skill 3/26/2012

In October 2009 I bought a G-37 Journey sedan from this dealership. In the 2 1/2 years since, I have had only very positive experiences with the SERVICE part of the operation. HOWEVER -- in January 2012, I was in the market to buy an M-37. I visited the dealership 3 different times about various cars they had. Each time I was met by an individual who didn't see to know anything about the cars, lacked basic manners, and needless to say was clueless about anything other than to say I need to talk to my manager about that. Well the managers always seemed not to be there or in meetings. Don't waste your time. If you wish to buy an Infiniti, visit Infiniti of Gwinnett or Infiniti of South Atlanta. Both have very professional, courterous, sales staffs. I finally found the car I wanted at Infiniti of South Atlanta. Both of these dealers may be a drive from Marietta, but it is worth the effort not to waste time. Oh-- note also, Nalley tacks on a ""dealer package"" that adds $1100 to each car. Though the days of ""packs"" were over. Guess this dealership has reverted to the bad old days of salesmanship. more
