Pretty much the same experience as the other reviewers. Zero communication. My front door electronic key hasn't worked for 2 months. I haven't received a mailbox key since I moved in. My oven has a GAS LEAK, and I am referred to email the maintenance department and get no reply from them. The location of the apartment is great, but it bewilders me how the management company stays in business.
Because they never activated my key fob, I've been using a regular key which has sort of worked (it gets stuck). Today, I get home and the whole lock on the front door has been changed. Not only did I not get a new key, I got no NOTICE. I called the landlord and he had no idea what I was talking about. ""I CANT GET INTO MY APARTMENT.""
