When you call U-Haul you're really talking to a call center where the people there don't know whats going on!
Called the U-Haul store on Saturday but was really talking to a call center. Call center confirmed parts for a hitch were available and could be installed in 1 1/2 hours. All seemed great and I scheduled an appointment for Monday morning at 7am. Arrived Monday morning ready to get hitch installed. Person working front desk at store said appt. was scheduled for 8 but that didn't really matter because they wouldn't have anyone there to install the hitch until 3pm. Also, the technician on duty that day doesn't know how to install the wiring kit so I'd have to come back for another appointment. Basically the people working at the U-Haul call center and the U-Haul store don't know how to do their jobs. I was planning on renting a dolly from them for a move across country but will not give them my business. SAVE YOURSELF A LOT OF WASTED TIME AND JUST GOT SOMEWHERE ELSE.
