Nasty manager that LIED to me.
I rented a Husqvarna AR19 Aerator to use on my lawn. It had two problems. It would not run on a slight side hill for some reason. The manager tried to blame this on me because ""You must have been on some hill"". Of course it ran fine without a load on it at their shop.
The second problem was that the original parts that held the handle where replace with some steel rod they bent into a circle. They opened up and required me to make a fix so I could finish my project on my schedule.The manager lied to me by saying that was how they came from the factory.
I will never do business with Steele's True Value Hardware again and recommend that you also avoid doing business there.
