Suddenly, my iphone seemed to die. One second working perfectly, the next...nada. Tried to charge, still nothing.
In a panic, called Mack and first of all they were reassuring and friendly on the phone. Real people. I wasn't forwarded to some weird phone number or answering service.
Before I made the trek in, he gave me (obvious) advice on what to try first, I did it, and it worked like a dream.
I hope I don't have computer problems, but if I did, I wouldn't hesitate to go to these folks. Friendly, nice, honest. doesn't get much better than that.
