I love this concept! I called and talked to a guy named Clint. He didn't pressure sell me or anything; just asked a lot of questions about my exercise history and goals. Then he said he'd have a trainer call me. Erica is awesome! she's helped me lose the 30 pounds I gained having my two lovely babies. I'm back into my pre-pregnancy clothes! I love how Clint keeps in touch with his newsletter. I look forward to every issue, because there's always so much good information. When Erica was off on a vacation, Clint made it a point to fit me into his busy schedule, and we had some great sessions too. A couple other times, he set me up with other trainers, and they were all good too. I recently dropped in on one of Clint's ""Boot Camp"" sessions, and it was the most fun workout I ever had. I wish it fit into my schedule to go there all the time, but it normally overlaps with work ;( Anyway I give Clint and his crew my highest recommendation.
