I went to Kia not knowing what to expect because my credit wasn't the best and then I was introduced to mike by Stephanie. Mike was kind, patient, courteous. He was very knowledgable. I advised him that I was interested Ina Kia soul we went over the reasons why which I thought was great because he was trying to make sure I got n the right vehicle. We rode in the car I told him I wanted it. He went to the finance manager and within a few days I had gotten approved for a loan and picked u my car. The finance manager was awesome as well he explained everything to me about how the process works and what I was getting and got me a great rate on a loan. He even told me how to raise my credit score. They all made me feell l,e part of a family. You could not find a better place or a better bunch of people to work with to purchase a vehicle . They have even answered questions for me on their day off. A+ for customer service.
