I was very disappointed in the work done to my car. I would not suggest taking your car to them for headliner repair. The company is mobile and when I brought my car to the house to get work done, with an appointment set, twice no one was there and I ended up not only wasting my time but my friends who followed me so I wouldn t be stranded. I came to makeready because the price was competitive but I now wish I would have spent the extra money to avoid such frustration. The first time my headliner was done, make ready cut the fabric too short and so it had to be redone. The second time my headliner was done, they ended up dropping clips that are essential to holding together pieces of the Quarter panel. When I confronted the owner, he let me know that he was sorry but couldn t get the right parts. I am not car expert and simply searched google and found the part for $27! Not only that, but after the headliner was done again none of the visor lights and dome light no longer turned on. The owner refused to take responsibility even after I went to Volkswagon, Autozone, and another headliner place Kounts Kustom. All three said that make ready is responsible and that wires were pinched or not connected under my headliner. I would suggest not spending your time and money with this small business. I am beyond dissatisfied and regret paying 150 for all the problems
