Recently made a larger residential purchase and was disappointed when one assoc. told me I would be able to use a 10% off Lowes coupon with a manuf/instore promo. I checked with customer service who said ""yes, I could use it"" but when I went to pay, another told me no I couldn't. I would have understood if they hadn't said I could use it in the first place. And they could have figured out a way to accept it or even call the Mgr on Duty for approval but chose not to. Very disappointed in how they handled it.
